Fathers Day Cards

You know how much he means to you, but that doesn’t mean Fathers Day Cards are easy to write. If you’re stuck on what to write in a Fathers Day Cards, you’re not alone. The best among Father Day Cards is the one crafted just for him.Whether your dad is the active type who loves adventure or the entertainer always manning the grill, we can help you find the right words to say with these Fathers Day Cards.
WHEN you sit down for a roast lunch with your cherished dad or children this Father’s Day, spare a thought for those indignant souls who can only view this scenario through a political prism.Social justice warriors, their snouts on alert for offence in the simply ordinary, are targeting annual family get-togethers like yours and mine. The first Sunday in September, Mother’s Day in May, Easter, Christmas and Australia Day are no longer simply dates to look forward to. In 2017, they are targets on the self-righteous dart board.Yes, these events have become commercialised. But the bigger danger is they are becoming politicised. We might not spout off in foul-mouthed tweets like the Look At Me brigade but ordinary Australians are angry.Politics is intruding into all aspects of Australian life, seeping in where it does not belong. Thus Father’s Day is apparently abhorrent to those without a dad. Mother’s Day is insulting to kids in broken homes or without a strong female influence.Good Friday? Well some people might not feel it is “good” at all because allegedly myopic Christians are ruining modern life, most recently in questioning agendas behind same-sex marriage.Meanwhile, Australia Day is Invasion Day, and why has it taken us so long to register that? And so on.Maybe we should add a question to the same-sex plebiscite and get more bang for the hefty buck it is costing us: ask voters if all traditional “days” should be prohibited to avoid anyone having a sook in the future.
